coping plan.

- Admit as to what is bothering you.
- Talk about it openly.
- Give your self enough time to grieve.
- Balance solitude with sociability.
- Find a creative outlet.
- Set limits and encourage others to do likewise.
- Eat healthy and nutritious meals.
- Move, stretch, breathe, touch and exercise.
- Don't let others tell you how you should feel.
- Utilize available resources.
- Remember, you are not alone.
